1 year anniversary since I became a NON-SMOKER is next week... All thanks to a $7 book...

I still have cravings... Mostly when I'm out drinking or stressed to hell at work...

      "Allen Carr's The Easy Way to Quit Smoking"

      You can get it from any Barnes & Noble store or online at their site. There's a new edition out so it's about $15, but WELL WORTH IT!
